The 30 minute spin classes work by incorporating interval and HIIT training by using intense bouts of work with rest periods. They work with both speed work and hill work.

People of all fitness levels can take part in these classes as the work and rest periods are given for each level of fitness (beginner, intermediate and advanced spinners). The tension for the hill work is controlled by the individual themselves.

Spin classes can benefit everyone regardless of body type and fitness levels as there is no impact involved and no co-ordination to follow.
